Elementary K-6th

Welcome to a thriving, joyful environment where students feel safe, loved, and accepted. Our students work hard to master the fundamental standards in each subject area, while embracing life, building friendships, and learning self-governance. We help students reach their God-given potential, and inspire and lead them to greatness. TSA K-6th grade students are learning in-person (with remote options) this Fall. We provide a  hybrid adaptable learning model, whereby our students are remote ready at any time. Students benefit from Christ-centered, Bible integrated instruction that is technology integrated.

You can expect excellence in Christian education and top-level safety for your child. COVID precautions and other health and safety standards are adhered to in every classroom. We’re thrilled that you have chosen TSA and we know every student will flourish spiritually, academically, athletically, and socially this school year. Our curriculum encompasses all grade levels—from infant, preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school. Starting early provides a strong foundation for your child as we cultivate development of the whole child. It’s a foundation we continue to build on each year as we prepare your child to enter high school and college with confidence.

Welcome from the principal:

We look forward to partnering with your family in reaching God's goal for your  child:

1) They KNOW God personally,

2) They GROW in every domain (spiritual formation, faith, physical, cognitive, emotional, and social), and

3) They SHOW God's glory as they enter the world as scholars, athletes, and global citizens.

Its a joy to communicate with families and colleagues who share the same values, hopes, and dreams for the next generation. One way we do this is through our online learning platform, Edmodo. Teachers and administrators regularly post announcements and recognize student achievement. Teachers publish weekly teaching and learning objectives each Monday and send home communication folders indicating progress on a daily basis. We encourage parents and students to review this material together.

Although we are living in challenging and uncertain times, your child's education does not have to be. We look forward to helping your child flourish. Feel free to contact us for a virtual tour or log in to our virtual open house. Join me any of the following dates:

I thank God for the faithfulness He has shown in my last three decades in Christian education. I look forward to equipping the next generation of global leaders to impact the world for Christ with you.

1st-6th Grade Elementary

Our elementary school is outstanding! Serving students from kindergarten through 6th grade, we have an excellent curriculum that sets a solid foundation for a lifetime of learning and service to God. We support our curriculum using materials from Christian publishers such as ABeka, Bob Jones, ACSI, and Standard. Our first through fifth graders benefit from our STREAM tablet mobile cart, which rotates among the classrooms and gives our teachers the opportunity to reinforce learning with the newest technology. We use the latest technology application to develop 21st century learning skills that prepare our students for careers in science, technology, religion, engineering, arts, and mathematics fields.

In addition to our core curriculum, we offer co-curricular programs such as vocal music, computer, P.E., and library as enrichment opportunities. We offer SOAR (Gifted and Talented Education) in 3rd through 5th grade for students who score in the 90 percentile on the Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT). And we offer additional extracurricular options to choose from, including ACSI spelling bees and speech meets, Bible Quiz, BETA club (4th-8th grade), student council, Robotics, worship team, prayer team, athletics, and other specialty clubs.

You’ll find supply lists and other helpful information relevant to the elementary school experience in the other tabs. Tuition rates are listed below. You can view the standards for the curriculum for each grade level, so you’ll know what to expect. We adapt the way we teach to your child's learning style and encourage mastery of standards rather than finishing a textbook.
